Custom sheet metal is our namesake trade. We fabricate ductwork, transitions, plenums, range hood liners, and metal fittings in our own Maple Ridge shop for both residential and light commercial work. To quote, we need dimensions, material, and how the piece connects to what is already there, which usually means a site visit or good photographs with measurements.
What we fabricate
If it is formed from flat stock and moves air or covers an opening, it is likely in scope.

What we need to quote
Dimensions and the connection detail matter most. A transition is defined by what it joins at each end, so photographs of both connection points with a tape measure in frame will usually get you a number.

How long it takes
Straightforward fittings are usually days rather than weeks because we make them ourselves rather than ordering them in. Larger commercial runs depend on shop schedule, and we will give you a date rather than an estimate.
We have fabricated in house since 1986. Most HVAC companies outsource this work, which is why their lead times are longer and their transitions are compromises.
