What a pleasure to deal with! From the initial over the phone inquiry with Taylor to purchase a replacement gas fireplace to completion was stress free and the best price. Wes and Luke were wonderful to have in my home for the installation. Val finished off the unit with a custom face plate that didn’t involve all the tiles being compromised. Thank you Reese for your dedication to your customers. Can’t recommend you all enough!

Needed to help my elderly mother have a new water heater installed as well as a furnace gas leak repair. Big Valley came through big time, the service was professional and done in a timely manner. Kaelen came out to finish an A/C job that we started but couldn’t complete. Having to come onto a job that you didn’t start is not an easy thing, but Kaelen was able to make sense of it all and we now have a heating and cooling unit that works perfectly!

They handled fireplace servicing, a custom metal chimney chase replacement, bath venting with a new fan install, and installed a high-efficiency furnace and air conditioning system, all with care and precision. Since May 2025, I had been having ongoing issues with my heat pump. It was a unique situation and Greg from sales was very accommodating and understanding. All of the technicians I dealt with were very knowledgeable and got the job done quick. We will continue using Big Valley and recommend Big Valley to others!

I called Big Valley to come out and do an assessment on my HVAC system as I felt my house humidity was getting too high. Two gentleman showed up and pointed out almost immediately the source of my problem which was a clogged vent for my homes fresh intake. (Embarrassing for me!) They then came in and made some optional suggestions for improving the performance of my system. The kicker is they wouldn’t take any money for the knowledge they passed on. Lesser places would have kept a dummy like me in the dark about the clogged vent. Stand up guys with integrity. They now have me as a customer and I will aggressively advertise for them at every opportunity. Brad Picard
