What does a real furnace tune-up include?
A proper service visit is more than a filter swap. Our technicians work through combustion analysis, heat-exchanger inspection, gas-pressure checks, blower and motor condition, condensate drainage, venting, and safety controls. If a tune-up takes fifteen minutes, it wasn't a tune-up.
What happens when maintenance gets skipped?
The failure modes are predictable: a plugged filter starves airflow and overheats the heat exchanger; a dirty flame sensor causes short-cycling and no-heat calls on the coldest morning of the year; a blocked condensate line shuts down a high-efficiency furnace entirely.
