Our Conformance Target

We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, the standard used under the Accessible Canada Act and the Accessible British Columbia Act. We test with automated tooling and keyboard-only navigation as part of our regular review, and we treat any barrier you report as a defect to fix rather than a request to consider.

We describe this as our target rather than a certification: we have not commissioned an independent third-party audit, and some material — embedded maps, review widgets, and PDFs supplied by manufacturers — comes from third parties whose accessibility we do not control. Where third-party content blocks you, contact us and we will supply the same information in another format.
